The children have been busy in the vegetable patch. They have planted tomatoes, mint, rhubarb and runner beans. Prior to planting – they had to weed! And now we have a lovely rose – Joie de Vie – and some lavender (which smells really nice!)
Future West End Trip
Class 3 are looking forward to visiting London’s West End in July, for their end of year reward trip – they are going to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. Before that, there is much work to be done! Our topic for the summer term is The Middle Ages.
SATs Celebration
A specially decorated Victoria Sandwich – made by Mrs Mann – to celebrate the end of SATs. Well done to Year 6 who have tried their very best this week.
Compass Rose
Class 2 have been learning all about the compass rose in Geography. We put their knowledge to the test by getting them to program the Bee Bots!
Tetsworth win Thame School’s Year 5/6 Boys’ Football Tournament
Tetsworth took part in the Thame School’s Year 5/6 Boys’ Football Tournament at Tetsworth Green on Wednesday 1st May. They qualified out of their group with three wins against Aston Rowant, Barley Hill and John Hampden and a draw against St. Joseph’s. They won the semi-final on penalties against St. Andrew’s after a 0-0 draw
