Children in Need 2020
Today, all the children from Tetsworth Primary School took part in a marathon ‘five laps’ to raise money for Children In Need. Everyday, the children take part in the ‘five laps of the playground challenge’ so that they maintain a healthy lifestyle, but today they took things a little further in the aid of charity.
Remembrance Day
This Remembrance Day the children were given the task to do something ‘creative’ to remember the soldiers that fought & gave their lives for our freedom. There were some fantastic entries including; video recordings of family wartime stories, poppy cakes baked, Flander’s Field art work, visits to local War Memorials & 10k’s ran to raise
The Great Pumpkin Raffle
On Friday 16th October everyone gathered on the playground to see who the winners of this years ‘Pumpkin Raffle’ were. The Russell family were very lucky as Louie & Lana took home two pumpkins! Mufti for Embrima
On Thursday 8th October the whole school took part in a Mufti Day where they got to wear their own clothes to school for the day. The children all donated £1 & the money will be used to sponsor Embrima an 8 year old boy so that he can access the equipment he needs to
