On the Wednesday 29th January the Year 5/6 girls’ football team played in the Thame School’s Sports Partnership football tournament and won it! Year 5/6 Girls win Oxford High School Football Tournament
On Thursday 27th February the Year 5/6 girls’ football team attended the Oxford High School Girls’ on the Ball football tournament. They won four of their six group games which qualified them for the quarter-finals. In the quarter-final they beat Windmill 2-0 with two goals from Lolah. Both the semi-final and final went to penalties
Class 2 and 3 Topic Work
We had a fleet of Viking boats before Christmas, hanging from the branch, stars after Christmas and now we have hot air balloons. All made by the children. The Viking ship was from terms 1 and 2. Class 3 made Pictish stones from clay and tried weaving the Anglo-Saxon way. The palm tree is for
Singing to Senior Citizens
This one is of the whole school singing for the Senior Citizens of Thame at their Christmas party, December 2019.
Festival of Christmas Music
Class 3 attended this annual Partnership event in December. They sang beautifully and were good representatives of our school.
Ufton Court
Class 3 visited Ufton Court in December and enjoyed a day as Anglo-Saxons and Vikings. It was brilliant fun – quite the best Class visit ever!
