This was a brilliant day with all of the children and staff joining in the fun. The costumes were super and we enjoyed a story session with Gangsta Granny (aka Angie from Asda), a quiz and story sessions with Year 6. Thanks to all the parents for their support.
Class 3
Arts Week
Roxy and Franklyn recently joined in with the fun of arts week at John Hampden School. Here they are with their finished creations.
Mummies
Class 3 are enjoying learning all about Ancient Egypt. They made clay mummies and placed them in decorative boxes – we hope they will make it to the afterlife safely!
Music Assembly
We were delighted that so many children took part in our recent music assembly. We all enjoyed listening to pieces played on the guitar, piano, keyboard and violin. Class 2 also performed an act from the play ‘James and the Giant Peach’. Well done to you all.
Hearts
The children in Class 3 have worked very hard to weave hearts – which are now hanging from the branch in the classroom. Please do come and have a look.
O2
Class 3 sang at the O2 in the Young Voices concert. It was a fantastic day and we’d like to thank the TPSA for funding the transport. Please read the reports written by Year 6. On 28th January 2019, my friendly class travelled on the coach to sing at the O2 in YV choir. It had
