Tetsworth took part in the Thame School’s Year 5/6 Boys’ Football Tournament at Tetsworth Green on Wednesday 1st May. They qualified out of their group with three wins against Aston Rowant, Barley Hill and John Hampden and a draw against St. Joseph’s. On a very cold and snowy Tuesday afternoon, Tetsworth entertained Marsh Baldon in their 3rd league game of the Oxford School’s F.A. Manor Cup competition. Santa Run
Mr Surman organised a Santa run, just before Christmas. It was muddy but great fun! The Santas also enjoyed a lovely football match.
Santa Dash
On Tuesday 18th December the whole school took part in the first annual Santa Dash on the Green. It really was a great sight seeing 60+ Santa hats racing across the football pitch. There were house races, year group races and even a family race! Everybody had a great time. Winners of races: Nursery/Reception/Year 1
Tetsworth vs. Great Milton
Tetsworth Year 5/6 boys team played Great Milton in a football match at Great Milton Rec and came out winners with the score finishing 7-2. Emil Ponte scored four goals, Jermaine Muponda grabbed a brace and Alisdair Milne finished the scoring with one. The game saw some great tackles too, Peter Fincham defended very well
