The KS2 girls went to watch their local team Oxford United play at Oxford City’s football stadium in Marston. They have worked hard all year this year playing for the school and as a thanks for their efforts they were rewarded with an evening out. They enjoyed the snacks and drinks they were bought and also enjoyed waving the Oxford United flags they received. Unfortunately, the score was 2-1 to Tottenham Hotspur but that didn’t dampen their spirits on a very hot Thursday evening! I’m sure we will return to watch the ladies play during the next school year. A big thanks also to Rebecca’s dad, Damian and Lolah’s nan, Geraldine for transporting the children to the ground.
