Tetsworth took part in the Thame School’s Year 5/6 Boys’ Football Tournament at Tetsworth Green on Wednesday 1st May. They qualified out of their group with three wins against Aston Rowant, Barley Hill and John Hampden and a draw against St. Joseph’s. They won the semi-final on penalties against St. Andrew’s after a 0-0 draw in normal time. Emil scored the first penalty before Theo saved a St. Andrew’s effort. Alisdair and Jermaine then both scored to win the shootout. In the final Tetsworth faced Cuddington and Dinton who they beat 3-0 with goals from Alisdair, Emil and Evan. Evan then lifted the shield as Tetsworth were champions.
